Case Study — Luxury Hospitality
A complete creative and growth mandate for a luxury resort — brand, film, website, social and lead generation, built and run end to end until an address became a destination that books out.
Hero Reel — Property Film
Overview
Beverly Hills had the ambition of a destination but not yet the presence to prove it. The property was ready; the story, the visuals, the digital home and the audience were not. What it needed was not a single deliverable but a partner willing to own the whole picture — the way the property looked, the way it was filmed, the site it lived on, the audience it built, and the pipeline that turned all of that attention into real, paying bookings.
Seriously.Work took ownership of that entire creative and growth stack. We operated as an embedded creative partner rather than a vendor on a brief, which meant one team holding one standard across every touchpoint — from the brand mark and the restaurant menu to a wedding filmed at golden hour and the weekly report that landed in the client's inbox. Nothing was outsourced into inconsistency. Everything was built to feel like it came from the same place, because it did.
The result, across the engagement, was a property that didn't just look luxurious in a brochure but performed like a destination: hundreds of qualified leads, a fast-growing organic audience, and over a hundred luxury weddings and events hosted on site.

The Challenge
Luxury is the hardest category to fake and the easiest to get wrong. A resort can be genuinely beautiful and still read as generic if the brand, photography and digital presence don't carry that same level of intent. For an events and weddings business, the stakes are higher still — couples and corporate planners are choosing where one of the most important days of their lives will happen, and they decide largely on what they can see and feel before they ever visit.
Beverly Hills needed three things at once, and they were interdependent: a brand and a body of visual work credible enough to command luxury pricing; a digital and social presence that could actually be found, followed and trusted; and a lead pipeline that converted that visibility into booked events. Solving any one of these in isolation wouldn't have moved the business. The job was to build all of them as a single connected system.

The Approach
We treated the property as one brand with many surfaces, and built outward from a single creative standard rather than stitching together separate pieces. The logic was simple: the same identity that defined the logo should define the film, the photography, the website, the menu and the social feed — so that whichever surface a prospective client encountered first, it pointed to the same premium promise.
From there the work ran on two tracks in parallel. The creative track built the assets that made the property look and feel like a true luxury destination. The growth track put those assets to work, and fed results back through weekly reporting so the client always knew what was working. Creative made the property worth choosing; growth made sure the right people were choosing it.
Creative Track
Brand, film, photography, website, menu — built to make the property look and feel like a true luxury destination.
Growth Track
Daily social, influencer partnerships and a lead-generation engine — put those assets to work and turned visibility into bookings.
Scope of Work
Built the luxury brand identity from the ground up and maintained the aesthetic across every channel for the life of the engagement. This wasn't a one-time logo handoff — it was ongoing art direction that kept one consistent visual standard everywhere the property appeared, so the brand read as premium whether someone found it on Instagram, on the website, on a printed menu or in a film. Consistency was the product: every surface reinforced the same level of quality.
Brand Identity System
Designed, developed and deployed a modern luxury website end to end. Not a template and not a handoff to someone else to build — we owned the full stack from design through code to live deployment. The result was a fully functional, booking-ready digital home built to do real work: present the property at its best, capture enquiries, and convert visitors who arrived from social and search into leads the sales side could act on.
Website Walkthrough
Shot and edited property and event cinematics in-house — the hero film content that gives a luxury venue its sense of scale and atmosphere, and shows prospective couples and planners exactly what their event could feel like. Alongside the property work, we produced a PR documentary on the owner, giving the brand a face, a founder's story and a layer of trust that pure marketing footage can't manufacture. Film did the emotional heavy lifting that turns interest into intent.
Property Cinematic & PR Documentary
Captured luxury property photography across the grounds, interiors and spaces — the still library that fed the website, social and every other surface. We also designed and deployed the restaurant menu, treating it as a brand touchpoint rather than an afterthought. These are the fine details that separate a genuine luxury operation from one that merely looks the part in a wide shot: the menu in a guest’s hands has to feel as considered as the building they’re standing in.
Property Photography & Menu Design
Ran the day-to-day social presence — consistent, on-brand posting that kept the property visible and desirable — and grew the audience to 5,000+ organic followers in just three months, without relying on paid reach to inflate the numbers. Equally important was aesthetic maintenance: holding the feed and every channel to the brand standard over time, so the account always looked like a destination worth following and a venue worth booking.
Social Feed Grid
Brought in top-tier influencers for high-quality promotions, putting the property in front of the right, aspirational audience through voices that audience already trusts. These weren’t volume plays — they were curated partnerships chosen to match the property’s positioning and reach the kind of clientele a luxury venue actually wants to book.
Influencer Campaign Highlights
Built and ran the engine that generated 300+ qualified leads — the connective tissue between all the visibility the creative and social work created and the bookings the business needed. Beautiful assets and a growing audience only matter if they produce enquiries from people ready to book; this is where attention was converted into a real, working pipeline.
Lead Funnel Snapshot
Handled all client communication and requests across every workstream, acting as a single point of accountability rather than a scattered set of suppliers. Weekly reporting kept the client informed of progress and results throughout, so decisions were made on evidence and the relationship stayed transparent. This operational backbone is what kept a multi-discipline engagement coherent — and what sat behind the 100+ weddings and events the property went on to host.

Creative mandate
Brand, web, film, photography, social and growth — owned in-house under one standard.
Taken together, these aren't isolated wins — they're a system working as designed. The brand and film made the property worth choosing; the website and social made it findable and followable; the lead engine and partnership turned that into booked events. The clearest proof is the last number: 100+ luxury weddings and events hosted is what happens when strong branding, real film and a well-built funnel stop being separate line items and start working as one.
